Hi There,

I’m Dorottya Soós-Gáll – a health enthusiast, personal trainer, specialized in pre and postnatal fitness, and above all, a dedicated mother.

My journey in the world of sports commenced at the tender age of 5. For 14 years, sportaerobics was my passion, which naturally guided me towards pursuing higher education in physical education and sport sciences.

Throughout my career as a personal trainer, it was predominantly young women who sought my guidance, prompting me to delve into the realm of pregnancy training. In recent years, I’ve had the privilege of accompanying numerous mothers on their journey through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and regaining strength.

The significance of prenatal exercise became profoundly clear to me during my own pregnancy journey, as I eagerly awaited the arrival of my first little one.

Why is it worth exercising during pregnancy?

  • Decreases the likelihood of pregnancy-induced high blood pressure (preeclampsia).
  • Accelerates post-delivery recovery.
