Thank you so much for the consultation and the email as well—you have helped me tremendously! Believe it or not, my back has improved significantly. I think the daily exercises have made a huge difference, and I’m also trying to avoid wearing a bra, which has definitely helped. I can go much longer without back pain, and when it does appear, it’s not nearly as intense—even though I haven’t even bought the belly support band yet! 🙂

I had my ultrasound today, and it just confirmed what I had been feeling for days — my baby has turned head-down again 🙂
Thank you for everything! It was incredibly helpful; we really focused on it, and actually, by the third day after our session, I could already feel that the kicks were down where they should be 🙂

Integrated Baby Positioning Consultation
