What is this?
A 6-week online program for both experienced and new parents on how to be consciously present in everyday life, how to LIVE their parenting role, not just SURVIVE the everyday challenges of parenthood. Because we know that happy and balanced parents benefit their children as well. Our goal is for parents to become a bit happier and more conscious so that their children can also learn how beneficial practicing mindfulness in everyday life can be. The sessions will be held online, and you’ll be able to join via a Zoom link.

Curriculum over 6 weeks:
The Mindful Parenting workshop is a 6-session online course covering 6 topics. Each session is designed to explore a specific theme in small groups. Each session includes guided meditation, individual weekly assignments, and small group work. There will be interactive parts where we heavily rely on your personal sharing and stories.
