BRM® Comprehensive Assessment – Pregnancy or Postpartum

This comprehensive 1:1 assessment is based on the Body Ready Method® approach to better understand how your body functions during pregnancy and how to best support birth and recovery. The session helps identify tension patterns, compensations, and movement habits that may influence comfort, birth efficiency, and postpartum healing.

Whether you are preparing for birth or working on your postpartum recovery, the Body Ready Method® approach helps you better understand and support your body. Labor Movements & Positions – Tailored to Your Body

Not every labor position works for every body, even if it’s a “Top 3” Instagram trend. Using the integrated approach of MAP™ and Body Ready Method®, we practice personalized movements and labor positions that feel supportive, accessible, and truly aligned with your body during labor, not just popular on social media.

Integrated Baby Positioning Consultation

Breech or transverse positioning is often connected to tension, asymmetry, or restricted movement patterns within the body. This consultation is designed to create more ease, space, and nervous system support, helping your baby move more freely and find their optimal position naturally. Using the integrated approach of BRM® and MAP™, we work with your body, not against it.
