I\u2019m Fanni Forg\u00f3, a mother, holistic lifestyle consultant, prenatal yoga instructor, and postnatal recovery trainer.<\/h4>

As a nutrition and lifestyle consultant, I am passionate about helping women who are planning to have a baby, especially those struggling with PCOS. From my own experiences, I understand the challenges that can arise on this journey, which is why I provide personalized, genuine support every step of the way.<\/p>

Knowing the challenges of PCOS, I find it important to create a supportive community where everyone feels safe and understood.
