online program for both experienced and new parents on how to be consciously present in everyday life, how to LIVE their parenting role, not just SURVIVE the everyday challenges of parenthood. Because we know that happy and balanced parents benefit their children as well. Our goal is for parents to become a bit happier and more conscious so that their children can also learn how beneficial practicing mindfulness in everyday life can be.
